AcroYoga Acrobatics Intensive
This all day program is designed to teach the fundamental body shapes and principles of alignment, tightness and balance as they relate to AcroYoga. The morning session focuses on drills and exercises for preparation and the afternoon will put them to action.
Beginners to AcroYoga are welcome, but all students must be able to practice headstand pose without the wall and have be self confident with ‘body awareness.’
STUDENTS MUST PARTICIPATE IN BOTH SESSIONS – NO SINGLE SESSIONS
Session 1: 10:00 – 12:30
Session 2: 14:30 – 17:00
