Acroyoga is an art that blends thai massage, yoga and some acrobatic technics.
This approach is ludic and accessible, a great way to discover our physical potential and connect
with others. Some students who participated in the workshop share that they never felt
so open and free, a magic moment not to forget!

Kirtan with David Lurey
Kirtan is one way to express gratitude and celebrate LIFE. We will play and chant wildly creative
songs, that will show the blissful power of music and chant. The continuing repetition of chanting
has an immediate impact on our body and mind. It alters our mental process, increases
alertness and vibrate deeply into our heart. We ensure that you can not resist singing along.
WARNING: this delightful experience may fi ll you with peace, love and joy!
Please bring own sitting pillow, families with kids are welcome, you can also bring own instruments.

Yoga with David Lurey
The interconnectedness of all things
This all levels Vinyasa Flow session will bring you deeply into your body with a mindful and
moving asana practice relating the entire body. This, balanced with upbuilding a positive
relationship with yourself and all beings, supports our recognition of the interconnectedness
and to the path of Yoga / Union.

Daniel Anner is a yoga teacher in Geneva, thai massage therapist and AcroYoga traveler.
