Peace, the purpose of the practice

We are blessed to share the 1st Yoga Festival in Geneva, Switzerland.  The festival  brings together several world renowned teachers sharing their passion for Yoga and peace.
There will be yoga workshops, AcroYoga community  teachings,  performances and music all supporting the movement towards peace on the planet.
Geneva is a center for international peace, minds meet here to resolve world issues, discuss how to make this world a better place.  We believe after a yoga practice, opening ourselves, opening our hearts, listening,  then we can act and live the change we want to see in the world.  As late Pattabbhi Jois tells us : 99% practice – 1% theory
This is why we have chosen this  heart of Europe city to begin a new type of  yoga convention.  We would like for yogis to join, bodyworkers, healers, therapists, anyone interested in making this world a better place, and anyone who would like to approach change with a different flavor.  Also we would love  to assist, maybe inspire the politics, in having a vision that takes «  unity » and equality for all as a tool for transformation.
During this weekend you will be able to sweat, meditate, dance, sing, believe and share your hopes for this planet. You will practice with teachers experienced in jivamukti, anusara, iyengar, energy, hatha, AcroYoga
We believe the time for change is now.
