Mirjam and I will host a one week retreat of Yoga & Personal Growth at Dragonfly Village
PROGRAM
The retreat begins on Saturday 5th of October with dinner and evening kirtan.
From Sunday 6th of October thru Friday 11th we will have morning asana practice with Mirjam & David followed by breakfast and then free time until lunch.
Afternoon sessions will vary from Yin Yoga, Thai Massage, Vinyasa Flow and more… then dinner and most nights with music.
The retreat finishes on the morning of Saturday 12th of October.
During the week, there will be free time for exploring the area in the day and perhaps a group excursion… details for this when the group is formed.
We can take up to 20 students for this retreat in a few different sleeping arrangements found below.
ACCOMMODATIONS
There are 3 different accommodations available for this retreat.
There are four 2 person guest houses for €980 per person
There is one 3 person house for €900 per person
There is one 8 Person dormitory style house for €800 per person
Whomever chooses this option will be with up to seven other participants in the shared space with Terrace 14m2 plus semi outdoor attached bathrooms with double facilities. Each bedspace has own privacy and own storage shelves. Lots of open space in between for common area.
All prices include Saturday thru Saturday sleeping arrangements plus three vegetarian or fish meals per day and the yoga program with Mirjam & David.
NOT INCLUDED are any and all transportation costs to Bali or to Ubud. We can help you with directions and some general plans but you must get there on your own.
TRAVEL
Plan your travel to arrive in Bali (Denpasar is the international airport) on or before Saturday the 5th of October. With the help of the retreat center, we can assist in getting you from Denpasar to Ubud at your own expense).
The retreat finishes on Saturday 12th and you are then responsible for your own transport back to Denpasar… or wherever you go!
