The space will be open at 19:45 for your arrival.

THERE ARE NO YOGA MATS so you must bring your own!  I will have 2 or 3 for anyone who does not have one.

Single Class = 15 Euros
Both Classes = 25 Euros
CASH ONLY

The room can hold around 15 people so if you will come, please RSVP and I will reserve your space.  Please pass this information on to friends / yogi’s in the area who may like some Mindful Spirited Vinyasa in their lives… classes will be for all levels, vinyasa style and themed on whatever the moment calls for
