This workshop will begin with warm up and techniques for the giver and conclude with a guided shared massage experience between you and one other participant. No previous bodywork experience is necessary. You can come alone or with a pre-chosen partner and all boundaries are respected and enforced.
-All participants should wear loose fitting long pants and shirts with sleeves
