Join David and Erica for this weekend of Vinyasa, AcroYoga and Bhakti Yoga!
David will lead morning Asana classes with his Mindful Spirited Vinyasa and afternoons will be shared with Erika and the beautiful practice of AcroYoga.
Each Evening we will delight in the joyous celebration of Kirtan, devotional chanting.

The retreat will take place in two parts:

I. Weekend designed for all levels of students and practitioners in retreat style fun with beach excursions,yoga and music!

Friday night 22 January through Sunday afternoon 24 January

II. Monday and Tuesday will continue with advanced practices and lectures for Yoga teachers to integrate new ideas into their teaching.
