Come join us in this blended weekend of Vinyasa Yoga, AcroYoga and Bhakti!
The retreat will be held at GOURA VRINDAVANA in Paraty, RJ
It is a great honor and joy to co-lead this retreat with Jason Nemer, co-founder of AcroYoga.
Jason and David will guide the weekend with David leading the morning vinyasa classes and then we will share the AcroYoga teaching and daily chanting.
AcroYoga sessions will include therapeutics, acrobatics, thai massage and group playtime.
