Using various spiritual teachings as guidelines for classes, David takes students through opening and often challenging Asanas while encouraging the magical power of breath and mental stillness to cultivate the true loving nature of the heart.
His recent studies with Eddie Modestini and Nicki Doane as well as certifications from GreenPath Yoga Studio, David Swenson, and Its Yoga provide a well rounded background in postures, alignment, adjustments, philosophy and history making each class a unique experience.
David is the primary teacher for this program and will lead roughly 145 hours.

Yoga teacher training is an opportunity to look very deeply at your life and relationship to yourself and other beings. This program will be a transformational month of Asana, philosophy, group dynamics, connecting to Nature and introspection. Participants will come from all over the world with many different backgrounds and histories which will add to the learning process.
The course is designed to help you develop a personal practice to educate your teaching as well as finding and developing the tools to be a great teacher. Practice teaching and evaluation will be a major part of the program and we will all explore the path of Yoga on many levels.
Please feel free to contact me if you have specific questions about whether this course is ‘right’ for you. I prefer to have those conversations before the training knowing that the Asana I teach, the work I do and time and location may not be the right fit for everyone.
It is with great gratitude and honor that I send out this information for Teacher Training. As Yoga has been such a strong and positive force in my life leading me to this place I am now, I feel a strong responsibility to share the knowledge, insight and love that I have received from my practice with the world. It is this intention that I plant for this training and hope that we can harvest the fruits together.
With Light and Love,
